Hello! I'm Mostafa Alinejad, a seasoned data & technology leader currently serving as Sr. Manager of Data Engineering and Analytics at Lucid Motors, where I lead comprehensive data initiatives for next-generation electric vehicles.
With 18+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, and analytics, I specialize in building scalable data infrastructures that process petabytes of data monthly. At Lucid Motors, I oversee the entire data ecosystem from vehicle signals and manufacturing logs to business intelligence and machine learning platforms.
My management philosophy centers on maintaining a high engineering bar while building trust and supporting individual success. I balance my time between technical architecture and design reviews with people management and cross-functional collaboration, leading large global teams to deliver award-winning data solutions.
